Agreement to Terms

By using ProXpress Calexico Landscaping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we'll notify you of any major changes.

Services Provided

We offer a full range of landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon in your quote or contract.

We'll do our best to complete work on schedule, but weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if there are significant delays in starting the project.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule regular maintenance visits with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. For project work, cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already begun, you'll be charged for materials purchased and labor completed up to the cancellation date.

Property Access

By hiring us, you give us permission to enter your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to work areas and for securing any pets that might interfere with our work. Please let us know about any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards on your property.

Liability and Warranties

We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take great care in our work, but we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, pre-existing damage to your property, or damage caused by extreme weather or acts of nature.

We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from completion. Plant materials are warranted according to their specific warranty terms, typically 30-90 days depending on the type of plant and time of year installed. We don't warranty plants that aren't properly maintained or that die due to extreme weather conditions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us right away so we can work things out. We're committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
